These are the sole conditions by which we would release your personal information:
• If a governmental agency, or an attorney, subpoenas your private information, or makes a formal request for discovery pursuant to any legal action, or pending legal action.

NTVR keeps your Contact Information Confidential
NTVR will contact all Providers with a Service Call Notification phone call or email whenever a new work request is posted to our dispatch board. The Provider can accept the service call and our system will disclose customer personal information (i.e. name, address and phone number). The Provider's contact information is only available to the customer after the Provider accepts service call. Our client contact information is never revealed to Providers.
Email and Phone Communications from NTVR
NTVR sends all Clients and Providers a welcome email to verify and activate their account and email addresses and to instruct them on their next procedures. There are times when, NTVR sends updates and announcements to its registered clients and providers. We additionally communicate with registered members via personal emails to provide requested services.
Updating Personal Information
Registered Clients and Providers at any time may correct or update their personal data listed on www.nationwidetvrepair.com. Any Buyer or Provider who desires to terminate services with NTVR may delete their accounts at any time or have an NTVR representative do it for them.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not available to minors, to anyone under 18 years of age; NTVR is not structured to attract minors. Accordingly, we do not actively collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under the age of 18.
